Terms and Conditions

Contract Duration: 1 academic year (renewable)

Payment Schedule: Package A & B: 50% at signing; 50% at mid-year review

Package C: 100% upfront

Validity of Proposal: 30 days from date above

Kindly note below important points to start the services:

1. Any additional consumables (e.g., medicines, bandages) billed separately.

2. Extra visits or awareness camps beyond the scope will incur nominal charges.

3. Campuscare Network liability limited to on-site services; emergency hospital costs borne by guardians.

4. All medical records maintained confidentially, per privacy regulations.
